The Mobile Robot Spatial Intelligence Lab focuses on the development and research of advanced algorithms and technologies for mobile robots, with an emphasis on spatial intelligence. The lab explores a range of key areas, including perception, localization, 3D reconstruction, planning and control, reinforcement learning, and world models. By integrating these technologies, the lab aims to enhance the robot’s ability to understand and navigate its environment autonomously. Research in the lab aims to push the boundaries of mobile robot capabilities, enabling them to perform complex tasks such as obstacle avoidance, path planning, and adaptive decision-making in dynamic and unpredictable environments. This research contributes to the advancement of robotics, AI, and autonomous systems, supporting applications across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and autonomous vehicles.
